Barry Bretschneider serves as a Partner at Baker & Hostetler LLP. He is a registered patent attorney and recognized lawyer in Chambers USA, and has a diverse practice that is concentrated on patent infringement litigation in the district courts and before the International Trade Commission (ITC), post-grant patent procedures including inter partes review, reexaminations and interferences, patent prosecution, patent licensing and related transactional work, and trademark litigation and prosecution.
